American International School, Lagos (AISL)
The American International School of Lagos (AISL) is an independent, non-profit, co-educational day school that is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
The current interim Superintendent is Malcolm McKenzie and the first ever head of school is Tom Pado.
AISL is governed by a nine-member board of directors. The AISL Association elects five members from the AISL Association for three-year terms, and three positions are appointed by the independent oil companies: Shell, ExxonMobil and Chevron. The final seat is reserved for an appointee of the U.S. Ambassador to Nigeria. Members of the Association are parents and/or guardians of children enrolled in the school.
AISL offers a standards-based American and international curriculum and is authorized to administer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program to students in grades 11-12.

Atlantic Hall is a private coeducational full boarding secondary school in Epe, Lagos State, Nigeria that holds about 600 students and is located about 70 kilometres from Lagos. Grange School is a day and boarding school in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. Grange School was founded in 1958 by a group of British expatriates, to provide education of equivalent standard to that which obtains in the UK.
The idea of the school grew from about May 1957 when a group of interested parents applied to the West African Airways Corporation for permission to rent one of its buildings for use as a school.
